PUT PUT

Stefan Friedli (CH) and Ulrik Martin Larsen (DK) work together as PUTPUT and are currently based in Copenhagen, PUTPUT is the visual and conceptual meeting of two minds, a collaboration in thought and practice. Neatly placed between input and output they navigate the increasingly busy intersection where photography, sculpture and design meet. A shared and deeply rooted fascination with metaphysical relationships connected to everyday objects guides and perpetuates their work.

For their first exhibition in Scotland, the Danish duo exhibited in a newly installed Greenhouse at LUST & THE APPLE. A series of faux tools and vegetation created from household objects will celebrate the tail end of Summer.

Near the end of the exhibition a major storm blew the greenhouse down and scattered the various works into the garden. A few were rescued but most of the installation was destroyed.
